Planning a wedding at your favorite travel spot or just wanting to get away to tie the knot? Whether you’re the bride looking to marry your best friend on a sandy beach, in the mountains or just at a place near + dear to you – we’re your team! We’ve been receiving many destination wedding inquiries lately, so we thought what better than sharing a little bit of a Q + A to give you all the details you need to have your hair and makeup looking fabulous for your big day!

How many destination weddings have you booked?

We have booked over a dozen destination weddings! Those include but are not limited to, New Orleans, Aspen, Laguna Beach, Virginia, Carmel, San Miguel de Allende, Miami & Scottsdale! We are looking forward to our upcoming weddings in Hawaii, Turks + Caicos, Georgia, Mexico, Virginia, Colorado, California + Italy!

Are clients responsible for paying for travel expenses?

Yes! Clients are responsible for paying for hotel + travel expenses for destination weddings!

Can you do my hair + makeup for my rehearsal dinner?

Of course! We are more than happy to get you ready for your rehearsal dinner/welcome events while we are at your location!

Is there an early morning fee for destination weddings?

No! We are flexible with time the day of your wedding and there are no additional fees for an early start to the best day!

How do I reserve my date?

First, we give you a quote based on your venue, timeline and services needed. To book and secure your date, we require a 50% deposit of your total amount due a week after receiving your formal proposal and contract. Your final amount is due one month prior to your date!

What are your requirements in terms of space and facility?

We ask for an open space and ideally natural light to work with! We do ask that the space we are given has electrical outlets available.

Is there a minimum amount of services for Etoilly to come on location?

Our service requirement depends on a few key factors - season, location and the number of services needed! We do everything from small intimate weddings to large weddings requiring many services with multiple artists! We are more than happy to work with our brides, hear what their needs are and work together on how we can best accommodate their wedding day services! YES, we've got our passports ready!!
